When a grown-up creates a WizKids account, we collect the email address used to sign in and, optionally, a display name. As your child uses the app, we also store learning progress such as points, badges earned, songs completed, letters practiced, and stories finished, along with any child profile details you choose to add, for example a pet avatar name and color.
If you start a premium subscription, our payment provider processes the payment and tells us whether the subscription is active. We never see or store your full card number.
We use this information to run the app: saving progress so your child can pick up where they left off, showing achievements and badges, suggesting activities, creating and saving stories, and confirming your subscription.
WizKids is made for young children, and accounts are created and managed by a parent, guardian, or teacher. We ask that children use the app with an adult's help. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child, we do not show advertising, and we do not sell personal information to anyone.
Some features create stories, illustrations, and sound ideas using artificial intelligence, based on details you provide such as a story theme or a character name. These requests are processed on our servers to produce the content you asked for.
We keep your account information and progress for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and the data tied to it at any time using our contact page. We will confirm the request by email and then remove the data.
If you have questions about this policy, send us a message through our contact page and we will be glad to help.
